We offer four categories of Hajj packages carefully designed to meet all pilgrims’ needs, providing them with exceptional experiences. Our commitment to providing all the necessary services and facilities ensures pilgrims’ comfort and ease during their stay in these sacred places and the performance of their rituals. From reception and guidance to providing food and convenient transportation, securing human resources to meet their needs, and offering guidance and logistical support services, we ensure that pilgrims can focus on their rituals with ease and convenience. Additionally, we provide services to enrich their spiritual experience through various programs and activities aimed at enhancing spiritual connection and providing a comprehensive religious experience in both Mecca and Medina, where they have the opportunity to perform prayers in the Sacred Sanctuaries.
Package D
Camp
The camp services in Mina include preparing the spaces received from Kadanah Development and Enhancement Company, installing a closed-circuit security camera system (CCTV). The program also encompasses providing carpeting inside the tents, establishing a first aid clinic, as well as providing facilities for people with special needs and the elderly such as ramps and equipped bathrooms. Additionally, the program includes placing waste containers in the corridors and tents, cleaning the bathrooms, camp, and corridors. Cleaning tools and soap are also provided in the bathrooms, along with shading the corridors for comfort and protection from the sun. Electric fans are provided for ventilation at entrances and corridors, along with insect control measures. A signboard with the company’s name and service center number is placed at the main entrance gate of the camp, along with an informational board displaying the information needed by the pilgrims, including transportation information.
accommodation
Accommodation in Mina includes providing many necessities for the comfort of the pilgrims. This includes, at least, a mattress measuring (7×175×50) cm for each pilgrim, a cotton pillow measuring (50×40) cm, along with a cotton pillowcase and cover. A summer cover measuring (200×100) cm and weighing (200) g/m² is provided during the summer season, and a winter cover measuring (200×100) cm and weighing (500) g/m² is provided during the winter season. Additionally, a cotton sheet is provided for each pilgrim, along with a sunshade for each pilgrim for protection from the sun’s rays. Electrical sockets are also provided at a rate of one socket per (12) square meters.
Human Resources
In Mina, we ensure the provision of adequate human resources to guarantee the comfort and safety of the pilgrims. This includes providing security guards at the entrances and a general supervisor around the clock. We also provide a specialized technical team for food service to meet the needs of the pilgrims. We allocate a sufficient number of staff members to provide services for each group of (200) pilgrims, distinguished by a uniform attire and distributed around the clock, with the possibility of increasing the number if needed. Additionally, we offer customer service supervisors for each group of (1000) pilgrims, also distinguished by uniform attire and distributed around the clock, with the possibility of increasing the number if needed. We provide maintenance technicians for emergencies to repair technical faults related to air conditioning, lighting, electricity, bathrooms, and appliances. Furthermore, we commit to having at least (50%) of the workforce comprised of Saudi nationals, and we also ensure representation of the female workforce with no less than (2%) of women within the team.
Guidance
In Mina, we provide guidance services to pilgrims efficiently and attentively, directing and receiving them to guide them to their camps and provide them with beverages. We also direct them to the nearest location for external services they may need, such as guidance, fatwas, healthcare services, and others. Additionally, we offer well-equipped customer service office services to serve up to (5000) pilgrims in each camp, ensuring the fulfillment of their needs and guiding them smoothly and effectively.
Nutrition
In Mina, we provide a variety of nutrition services including round-the-clock healthy water, tea, and coffee three times daily. Additionally, we offer two daily snacks and main meals consisting of 4 breakfasts, 4 lunches, and 4 dinners, adhering to meal timing.
Camp
The services provided at the camp in Mina include preparing the spaces received from Kudna Development and Improvement Company, as well as installing a closed-circuit security surveillance system (CCTV). Additionally, the program includes providing carpeting inside the tents, establishing a first aid clinic, as well as providing facilities for people with special needs and the elderly, such as ramps and equipped restrooms. The program also involves placing waste containers in the pathways and tents, as well as cleaning the restrooms, camp, and pathways. Cleaning tools and soap are provided in the restrooms, and the pathways are shaded for comfort and protection from the sun. Electric fans are provided for ventilation at entrances and pathways, along with pest control activities targeting disease-carrying insects. A company name board and service center number are placed at the main entrance gate of the camp, in addition to an informative guidance board displaying information needed by the pilgrims, including transportation information.
Accommodation
Each pilgrim is provided with a mattress measuring (7*175*50) cm, in addition to a cotton pillow measuring (50*40) cm and a cotton pillowcase. Additionally, a summer cover measuring (200×100) cm with a weight of (200) g/m² is provided during the summer season, or a winter cover measuring (200×100) cm with a weight of (500) g/m² during the winter season, along with a cotton sheet. Also, electrical sockets are provided with a quantity of (2) sockets for every (25) square meters.
Guidance
Pilgrims are received and directed to their camps while providing them with the necessary beverages. They are also directed to various external service locations they might need, such as gift shops, fatwa centers, healthcare services, and others. Additionally, a customer service desk is set up to serve 5000 pilgrims in each camp, along with a guidance information board displaying essential information for pilgrims, including transportation information, the Care Center, and services for guests of Rahman, as well as contact information for customer service.
Human Resources
Provide security guards at the entrances with a supervisor available 24/7, along with a specialized team for food service. Ensuring an adequate number of staff members to assist each group of pilgrims, as well as providing customer service supervisors dressed in uniforms around the clock, with the possibility of increasing their number as needed. Also, promptly addressing any technical emergencies related to air conditioning, lighting, electricity, bathrooms, and appliances, with maintenance technicians available for electrical and plumbing emergencies. Ensuring that at least 50% of the workforce consists of Saudi nationals, and maintaining a minimum of 2% of female Saudi workers in the team.
Nutrition
Providing clean cold water around the clock at a rate of 3 liters per pilgrim, in addition to serving tea and coffee three times daily. Providing two snacks consisting of fruits, sweets, and packaged food items for each pilgrim daily, with a commitment to serving meals promptly. The program also includes providing a ready-made or dry breakfast for each pilgrim, including a main dish, a side dish, a fruit, and a beverage, as well as a hot lunch consisting of a main dish, two types of fruits, and a beverage, with a commitment to serving meals without delay.
Location
In Muzdalifah, the designated site for staying is leveled and furnished entirely with gravel. A specific area is allocated for each pilgrim according to the standards set by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.

Providing customer service supervisors at a rate of one supervisor per 500 pilgrims, distinguished by a uniform, operating 24/7 with the possibility of increasing the number as needed. Additionally, supplying service staff at a rate of one staff member per 1000 pilgrims, also distinguished by a uniform, operating 24/7 with the possibility of increasing the number as needed, with a presence of no less than 2% females in the team and no less than 50% Saudis in the workforce.
Nutrition
Muzdalifah – Nutrition: The dry dinner meal in Muzdalifah consists of sandwiches with fruit and juice, in addition to healthy water. It is essential to adhere to the timing of meal delivery without delay.
Customer service
Customer service in Mecca and Medina provides comprehensive guidance and reception for pilgrims. One customer service representative is provided for every 50 pilgrims, with one supervisor for every 10 representatives, and for groups of fewer than 50 pilgrims, one representative and one supervisor are provided. Additionally, welcome signs and messages are provided in the pilgrims’ languages, with one service provider for every 100 pilgrims. Pilgrims’ accommodation is verified and their comfort is monitored, along with the provision of a printed accommodation card for each pilgrim, with one staff member for every 200 pilgrims.
The accommodation
Accommodation services in Mecca and Medina involve ensuring the readiness of the accommodation designated for pilgrims before their arrival. This is done by verifying the readiness of the property authorized by the Housing Committee or the Ministry of Tourism, and following up on any deficiencies or issues with the property owner.
The logistical support
Providing logistical support in Mecca and Medina includes participating in preparing hospitalized pilgrims for transportation to the holy sites, in coordination with health authorities to identify cases and follow up on arrangements. It also involves providing guides to assist pilgrims at the Hajj and Jamaraat train at a rate of one guide per 250 pilgrims in Mecca, in addition to providing a smart card to each pilgrim to facilitate procedures and provide necessary information.
Nutrition
Zamzam water is provided to pilgrims in Mecca by distributing a 330ml bottle per pilgrim daily for a duration of 20 days, in addition to distributing one bottle at reception centers and for pilgrim transport. The company responsible for Zamzam water ensures its regular provision and delivery to meet the pilgrims’ water needs.
