Hajj Packages

Hajj packages consist of four categories carefully designed to cater to all pilgrims’ needs. We provide exceptional experiences to the guests of the Most Merciful by ensuring the provision of all necessary services and facilities required by pilgrims during their stay in these holy places and the performance of their rituals. Starting from their reception and guidance, all the way to providing food, comfortable transportation, and securing human resources to meet their needs, as well as providing guidance services and logistical support so that the pilgrim can focus on performing their rituals smoothly and easily. We also offer services to enrich their spiritual experience through various programs and activities aimed at enhancing spiritual communication and comprehensive religious experience in both Makkah and Madinah, where they have the opportunity to perform prayers in the two Holy Mosques.

 

Package A

Camp

In Mina Camp, we strive diligently to provide a comfortable and safe environment for our esteemed guests. We offer a comprehensive range of services and facilities to ensure the comfort and safety of pilgrims during their stay. This includes carefully preparing designated spaces, providing advanced security surveillance systems to monitor activities, and ensuring optimal ventilation for corridors and entrances through electric fans. We also focus on providing cleanliness and pest control to ensure a healthy and clean environment, in addition to equipping first aid facilities and providing heaters for hot beverages. To facilitate guidance and direction, we provide directional signs containing necessary information and a dedicated system to guide pilgrims to necessary service locations.

Accommodation

During the Hajj season in Mina, we focus on providing comfort and basic necessities for pilgrims during their stay. This includes carefully preparing the accommodation, where we provide a comfortable bed with a mattress or a sofa bed for each pilgrim, along with a cotton pillow and pillowcase for nighttime comfort. We also offer covers for different seasons, whether for summer or winter, as well as sunshades for protection from the sun’s rays. As personal amenities, each pilgrim receives a bag containing essential items such as electronic prayer beads, sanitizers, and masks. We also provide a prayer rug for the pilgrim to facilitate performing worship, along with electrical outlets to ensure the provision of necessary power for all their personal and electronic needs.

Human Resources

In Mina, we strive to provide professional and trained teams to ensure the best services for pilgrims. This includes providing security guards at entrances and a general supervisor around the clock to ensure the safety and comfort of pilgrims. We also provide a specialized food service team to ensure the provision of high-quality meals and an excellent dining experience.

Additionally, we ensure the availability of necessary labor to provide basic services, with one staff member provided for every 50 pilgrims to offer services around the clock, with the possibility of increasing the number as needed. To ensure the comfort of pilgrims, customer service supervisors in uniform are provided to assist and meet their needs.

Furthermore, we ensure the availability of a specialized technical team to repair technical faults related to air conditioning, lighting, electricity, bathrooms, and appliances, ensuring the safety and comfort of pilgrims during their stay. We also prioritize the employment of Saudi employees and female staff in our teams to support local employment and enhance diversity and inclusivity in the services provided.

Guidance

We strive diligently to ensure a comfortable and facilitated experience for pilgrims. We begin with reception service, providing a warm welcome and comprehensive guidance to pilgrims to their camps, along with providing necessary beverages for their comfort. Additionally, we offer guidance to external services they may need, such as gifts, religious rulings, and medical services. We also provide a customer service office, equipped and ready to serve 2000 pilgrims in each camp, to ensure their reception and guidance with efficiency and speed.

Nutrition

We focus on meeting the needs of pilgrims with healthy and varied foods around the clock. We offer a variety of beverages such as juices, bottled water, tea, and coffee. Additionally, we provide snacks including a variety of items such as fruits, sweets, and processed foods, available around the clock while ensuring meals are served on time without delay.

For breakfast, we provide a buffet with a variety of main and side dishes, along with fruit and beverage options, while adhering to the specified time for meal service.

Lunch includes a daily hot buffet with a variety of appetizers, main courses, desserts, fruits, and beverages, served at the specified time.

For dinner, we also offer a daily hot buffet with a variety of appetizers, main courses, desserts, fruits, and beverages, served at the specified time.

Camp

Providing an integrated infrastructure to ensure the comfort and safety of pilgrims during their stay in the camp. This includes setting up the necessary tents, installing gates and electrical installations, as well as providing kitchens and their equipment, ensuring the cleanliness of the camp and its facilities regularly. Equipped and integrated kitchens are also provided to provide meals, along with ensuring a security surveillance system and air conditioning to meet the pilgrims’ needs. The package depends on attention to comfort and cleanliness details, by providing carpets, equipped and clean restrooms, as well as care for medical facilities and equipment. The service also includes providing communication and guidance tools, including a board bearing the company’s name and service center number, which enhances communication and provides effective support to the guests of the Rahman at any time. 

Accommodation

Comfort and relaxation are provided for each pilgrim in the Arafat camp by offering a comprehensive range of furniture and necessary accessories. This includes a sofa bed with a backrest measuring (20×175×55) cm and a minimum pressure of (80) for each pilgrim, along with a cotton pillow measuring (50*40) cm and a cotton pillowcase for each pilgrim. Additionally, a summer cover measuring (200×100) cm and weighing (200) g/m² minimum is provided during the summer season, and a winter cover measuring (200×100) cm and weighing (500) g/m² minimum is provided during the winter season for each pilgrim. Electrical sockets are also provided, with (4) sockets per (25) square meters to ensure comfort and meet the electrical needs of the pilgrims in the camp. 

Guidance

Providing professional reception and precise guidance for each pilgrim to their camp, along with providing beverages and directing them to the nearest external service facilities they may need, such as gifts, religious rulings, and health services. We also establish and equip a customer service desk capable of accommodating up to (2000) pilgrims in each camp, with the provision of an informative guidance board displaying necessary information, including transportation information and important contact numbers, to ensure a comfortable and fruitful experience for the guests of the Rahman. 

Human Resources

We provide continuous security guard services at the entrances supervised around the clock, in addition to a specialized technical team for food service. We also ensure an adequate number of employees and workers in the workforce, who are distributed around the clock in uniform, with the possibility of increasing the number as needed. To ensure service quality, we provide customer service supervisors in proportion to the number of pilgrims present. We also guarantee the provision of specialized technicians to repair technical faults in air conditioning, lighting, electricity, bathrooms, and appliances. We ensure the presence of a proportion of Saudi workers and female employees within the workforce to enhance inclusivity and achieve diversity in the services provided. 

Nutrition
We offer a diverse selection of meals and beverages to our esteemed guests. This includes providing healthy water, tea, and coffee around the clock, in addition to natural juices to meet their fluid needs. We also provide snacks consisting of a variety of fruits, desserts, and manufactured foods, available around the clock without delay. For main meals, we offer a breakfast buffet with a variety of main and side dishes, fruits, and beverages, adhering to meal serving times. We also provide a hot lunch buffet featuring assorted appetizers, main dishes, dessert varieties, fruits, and assorted beverages, ensuring quality and adhering to the specified meal serving times.
The location
In Muzdalifah, we meticulously prepare the pilgrims’ accommodation sites by leveling the ground and equipping them as follows: We provide complete ground covering using gravel to ensure comfort and sustainability. Additionally, we allocate sufficient space for each pilgrim according to the standards approved by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah to ensure their safety and comfort during their stay at the site.
Human Resources
In Muzdalifah, we ensure the provision of a comprehensive workforce to deliver excellent services to pilgrims according to their needs and approved standards. Therefore, we provide human resources as follows: One employee is allocated to serve every group of 500 pilgrims, and another employee for every group of 250 pilgrims, distinguished by their uniform attire and available around the clock, with the possibility of increasing the number as needed. Additionally, there must be a presence of no less than 2% female staff within the team, and the number of Saudis in the team should not be less than 50%.
Nutrition
We provide a dry dinner meal containing a variety of ingredients to ensure meeting the pilgrims’ needs and deliver outstanding service. The dry dinner meal consists of carbohydrates, a type of meat, bread, fruit, juice, and healthy water. We commit to serving this meal on time without delay to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of the pilgrims.
Customer service

In customer service in Mecca and Medina, we strive to provide a qualified and experienced team to deliver excellent services to pilgrims and meet their needs. This includes providing field customer service representatives, administrative supervisors, and qualified field staff according to specified standards, while respecting the required linguistic procedures for non-Arabic nationalities and proficiency in the pilgrims’ language. We also coordinate with relevant authorities to provide appropriate transportation and ensure the safety and smooth transition of pilgrims between Mecca and Medina. We are committed to installing informative and guiding signs, confirming departure completion and passport safety, with careful monitoring to facilitate departure procedures and ensure accurate matching of data and information for each pilgrim according to specified procedures. 

The accommodation

In the housing service in Mecca and Medina, we ensure the readiness of the accommodations designated for pilgrims by verifying that all specifications and standards required by the Housing Committee or the Ministry of Tourism are met. This includes checking the readiness of the property before the arrival of the pilgrims and addressing any deficiencies or needs to ensure the provision of a comfortable and safe living environment for the guests of the Merciful. These measures contribute to providing a comfortable and distinctive accommodation experience for pilgrims during the performance of Hajj and Umrah rituals. 

The logistical support

In logistical support in Mecca and Medina, we participate in preparing all pilgrims hospitalized for transportation organized by the Ministry of Health to the holy sites. We also coordinate with health authorities in Medina and the Hajj Medical Office to identify hospitalized cases eligible for transport to the holy sites and follow up on their transportation arrangements.

In Mecca, we provide guides for the transportation of pilgrims to the train station for the holy sites and Jamarat, at a rate of one guide per 250 pilgrims.

Regarding transportation and mobility, we provide a smart card to each pilgrim distributed at the point of entry to facilitate and organize transportation and accommodation efficiently and effectively.

Nutrition

We ensure that Zamzam Company has provided Zamzam water, transported it, and distributed it to the pilgrims’ accommodation at a rate of one 330ml bottle per pilgrim per day for 20 days. We also ensure the distribution of one 330ml bottle at reception and transportation centers for the pilgrims.
